For the people who run an industrial pretreatment program for a POTW.
Pretreatment work is permits, sampling, inspections and enforcement against industrial users, and very little operator training is written for it. We are writing courses for it now. None are on sale yet.

Do the hours count?
Each course awards hours toward your licence renewal. Approval is state by state, and each course page shows whether it is approved in your state.
Pretreatment coordinators often hold an operator licence, and where they do these courses are meant to count toward it. Until a course is approved in a state we do not say it counts there.
