Common things, and where they are handled
I finished the course but have no certificate
A certificate is issued once the course is complete and — where your state requires it — the quiz is passed. Check My Learning first: if the course still shows progress rather than "complete", something was not finished. If it says complete and there is no certificate, email us with your course name and we will issue it.
My employer bought me a seat and I cannot find it
If you were sent an invitation, use the link in that email. If you were given a code, enter it at Claim your seat. Both need you to be signed in first, because the certificate is issued to you personally rather than to your employer.
I need a transcript, or the captions do not work for me
Where a course has a transcript it is on the lesson page and can be downloaded as a text file. If a course you need is missing one, ask — we can usually provide it quickly. See our accessibility statement for what we support and what we do not.
Is this course approved in my state?
Each course page shows its approval status for the state you have selected, and we do not sell credit for a state that has not approved the course. If your state is not listed yet, join the waiting list — which states people are waiting for is how we decide which to pursue next.

Buying for a team
Seats can be bought by card or against a purchase order — most municipal buyers need the latter, and that is fine. Open any course and choose Buy for a team, or email us and we will set it up with you.
